Why Didn't We Do That Sooner?

I suppose the truth is, we did it when we were ready in our hearts and not before. Thank you so much for your comments and tweets of support. It was an intense week, but a decision has been made and an appointment has been set for next week (OMG how fast did they get us in?!) to start the DEIVF process.

I just need my job to lay off with the crazy stress so I can actually soak this in...

  6. Hi - I just found your blog and I wanted to say that DH and I are new to the DEIVF bandwagon (4 years of trying and recent dx of balanced reciprocal translocation for me). We will be cycling with CNY in NY state, which is much less expensive than a lot of other options. Perhaps you've already considered them, or that's where you'll be cycling, but I wanted to throw that out there. The reasonable cost is the reason we're pursuing this. IF is crazy-expensive. Wishing you the best.

  7. Glad you have your path forward! And here for you as you go through the process! DEIVF is different, but overall I find it less stressful than regular IVF.
